Patient Special Needs Program
Our Patient Special Needs Program is here to assist any hospice patient on service with any hospice care provider. We know this journey can be difficult. We are here to help in any way we can, no matter how big or how small the need may be.
As you can see, the smallest things can make the biggest difference for people in their last days. The most gratifying part of the Patient Special Needs Program is being able to support and help people in our own community during end-of-life care. It may not sound like much, but for those families who do not have access to these simple services, it can make a world of difference.
Our program is built to provide help to residents of our community; your community. To be socially aware of services in your community is vital to our community’s health. We find that no matter where we go there are opportunities to share and educate people about our agency and the work we do. We want to encourage you to share our mission as well, which has always been to help families in their last days. With the support of the community and the thousands of families that we’ve helped, our mission will continue; yet we still need your support.
We can all become Hemet Hospice Volunteers. We can all become a part of “the mission”.
I invite you to get involved. For more information, please contact us.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
